Scene 047

Lord of the Summer HazePhew...

Lord of the Summer HazeYou're too hot... even for me, kid!

Lord of the Summer HazeGwhaaaaaaaa!

IsaacTrista!

IsaacAre you OK? You're not hurt, are you?

TristaHuh! Like you care!

Isaac(I guess she's still angry...)

TristaWell, anyway. Thanks for coming to rescue me. Better late than never, I suppose.

TristaI'll let you off... this time.

Isaac...Thanks. I'm sorry.

IsaacBut... what about... the Lord of the Summer Haze?

Lord of the Summer Haze...My head...!

Lord of the Summer HazeJust what... what have I been doing?

Lord of the Summer HazeYou're... Trista...?

TristaThe Diva of the Twilight defeated you and took control of your mind.

TristaThe same thing has happened to other Sages. The Diva of the Twilight has the power to control others.

Lord of the Summer Haze...I see.

Lord of the Summer HazeThen I have truly shamed myself. I see the failings that allowed me to be controlled...

Lord of the Summer HazeAs the Sage of Offensive Magic, the strongest of Mages, I have relied too much on power.

Lord of the Summer HazeIsaac... I'm sorry for the trouble I've caused you.

IsaacNot at all. In fact, seeing your magic has made me realize how much more I must learn.

Lord of the Summer HazeYet you defeated me. Have more confidence in yourself!

Lord of the Summer HazeYou are strong. Your bold, blazing eyes tell me so.

Lord of the Summer Haze...Which means, I think, it is safe to pass this Fire Rune on to you.

IsaacLord of the Summer Haze...

Lord of the Summer HazeNo need for such a serious face!

Lord of the Summer HazeThere is freedom in magic. Using all runes, not only those at which you excel, is vital.

IsaacI understand!

Lord of the Summer Haze?!

Lord of the Summer HazeThe Fire Seal has been badly damaged. This is going to take a long time to repair...

Lord of the Summer HazeI must stay and protect this sacred place. Will you continue your journey, young Mage?

IsaacI will!
