Game logic

Duel

Two people play each other. These are the ready-made teams a player can pick, and how a Wi-Fi match moves each player’s rating.

Ready-made teams

Picking one sets the player to level 40 with these element levels and these three squads, all at level 40. The cartridge does not name them: they are numbered here.

Wi-Fi rating

Each player has a rating from 0 to 3000. After a match it gains or loses the points of the row for the difference between both ratings (yours minus the rival’s).

With a negative difference the game uses the first row whose bound is at least the difference; with any other, the last row whose bound is at most it.

The table is the Elo system with K = 50: all its rows match it within one point.
